For the first time I wore them the laces were put too tight and I was ready to return them with tears because they hurt my feet, however once released they are REALLY comfortable and they stretch within the first use The first couple times I wore the Gucci ace they did hurt the top of my foot (no blisters) because even the tongue is leather. I recommend only wearing them a few hours at a time when you first get them to break them in. Will white sneakers get dirty? So, the golden goose sneakers already look worn and a bit dirty. I've worn my Ace Sneakers (Embroidered Snake) a couple of times, but I've noticed the snake-skin part of the heels have started to peel off, although I don't remember going into a rough skid during any of those two wears.
