Like if you log in from your phone, didn't log out, then try logging in from the computer then denied. I would reset all cookies and such from all the devices you've use then try again.
Most ad-blockers have an option for you to whitelist a specific domain. So you can probably just whitelist the Louis Vuitton domain and leave it on for other sites.
